At the end of each grant cycle, an annual dinner of the membership is held, where grantee finalists are invited to make a presentation about their funding request.

Each member of the Women’s Fund will cast one vote in person or by proxy at the annual dinner. The recipient of the impact grant will be determined by majority vote of the fund members. The awards will be announced and awarded that day.
