PRODUCTION
We are looking for two to three amateur or professional photographers willing to capture the passion of 418+ women. They would help tell the The Women’s Fund of South Central Kentucky’s story and spread the IMPACT through our social media channels and PR outreach.
- eye for impactful moments attention to detail
- ability to upload media in Google Drive
- communication with Marketing Committee members
- availability to attend WFSCKY events throughout the year
- familiar with digital editing and software program {i.e. Photoshop, Canva}
- video editing capabilities {i.e. Final Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cyberlink, Power Director}
EVENTS
Are you the “go-to” person in your group of friends when it’s time to plan an event? You would be perfect for the The Women’s Fund Events Committee comprised of five to seven detailed-oriented, community connected women who would be responsible for planning the WFSCKY events throughout the year, including the Annual Dinner, Mid-Year Update, The Big Reveal and more.
- Researching, negotiating and booking venues, contacts, entertainment, volunteers, speakers for WFSCKY events
- Highly organized with guests list and event details
- Work within a budget
- Creativity for new ideas or events
- This committee is often the face to many new members so we are looking fun, passionate, impactful women!
- Work directly with PR, Production and Social Media Committee members to promote events well in advance
- Connect with local business for sponsorship opportunities

PR/MEDIA
Are you a member of the WFSCKY who is always thinking of ways to outreach to more women in the South Central Kentucky area? This committee definitely needs you to help inspire women to continue to make an impact and also encourage new women to become members of this incredible organization. This committee of five to seven women will assist with writing press releases, newsletters, annual reports and impact winner updates to keep members and prospects up-to-date.
- Excellent creative writing and oral communication skills
- Familiar with basic design programs
- Media vendor contact
- Adhere to WFSCKY brand standards
- Collaborate with all Marketing sub-committees to effectively communicate all upcoming events in a timely manner
- Ability to use Google Drive
SOCIAL MEDIA
Do you love scrolling through all types of social media platforms ... Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and have a passion for Marketing? Do you think of yourself as a social media influencer? The WFSCKY is looking for five to seven women who have this sort of passion and want to keep spreading the good word on the incredible impact this organization is making in South Central Kentucky. This committee would provide a social media content calendar for idea posts, artwork, and video across all social media platforms and who will facilitate/monitor each. Website design and updates would also be a part of this committee.
- Graphic Design and familiarity with Adobe/Photoshop, Canva, or similar
- Video Editing
- Website management through WordPress
- Create and implement social media marketing campaigns
MEMBERSHIP
Have you ever met a stranger? Do you wish all women in South Central Kentucky were a member of The Women’s Fund? Then the Membership Committee would be a perfect fit for you and five to seven other women! This committee would work closely with The Community Foundation to manage all aspects of the current membership, including current demographics, renewals, non-renewals, etc. with an emphasis on recruitment of new members and a specialized focus of junior shared members.

BRANDING
The WFSCKY is looking for two to three women who know how to research and implement ways to make our members proud to be a part of this organization. They love to brainstorm on ideas for promotional items such as calendars, wearables, stickers, award recognitions, etc.

STRATEGY
This committee will convey the “big picture” for the marketing of WFSCKY and make sure all of the sub-committees efficiently and effectively communicate their stated goals and tasks. They will provide the overall strategy and general marketing calendar for the WFSCKY and incorporate all sub-committees actions into the plan for a detailed outcome of objectives, strategy and tactics as a guideline for future years and adhere to consistent brand standards.
